H2S, H2O and CO2 analysis for the Oil and Gas industry

To keep you up to date on our latest developments in online H2S, H2O and CO2 analyser solutions for the Oil & Gas industry, Hobré Instruments and its Norwegian distributor Process Control present our Hilase analyzer on the North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop in Třnsberg, Norway.
As experts on total analyzer solutions, Hobré Instruments and Process Control will present the most common concepts and solutions with the latest technologies for analyzing H2S, H2O and CO2 in the up-stream and down-stream industry.
Although Tuneable Laser spectroscopy in combination with Photo Acoustic detection is relatively unknown, it has already been used successfully for many years in the Oil & Gas industry.
This proven Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (PAS) technology offers many advantages over the more traditional techniques:
- low cost of ownership
- no consumables: just electrical power
- extremely low maintenance intervals (> 6 months)
- high temperature cell allowing direct analysis of wet gas
- no damage in case of liquid carry over
- 1% repeatability, with a very wide dynamic range from sub-ppm to high %
- simultaneous multi-stream and/or multi-component analysis
- capability for analyzing different components (H2S, H2O, CO2, Methanol, Methane etc.)
- EExd enclosure with extended ambient temperature range (-20 to + 60 C)
