PROCESSED BIOGAS ANALYSIS AT GRID INJECTION POINT
Upgraded biogas is gaining importance as a constituent of the natural gas supply to households and the industry. To ensure safe operation of domestic appliances and prevent corrosion in the gas infrastructure, continuous monitoring of the upgraded biogas quality at the injection point is mandatory. The WIM COMPAS F provide immediate alarm when quality limits are exceeded while expensive and maintenance sensitive gas chromatographs typically need a 3 to 5 minute cycle time. Besides Wobbe Index, density and calorific value following outputs can be provided: %CH4, %CO2, %N2, %O2, water dewpoint and flame stability.
