Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and we will contact you as soon as possible with shipment instructions and shipping reference. Without our reference no. shipment will not be accepted at our warehouse.

    Hobre project number which is visible on the tag plate on the analyzer cabinet (format 35Pnnnnn or P38nnnnn)








    Note: PO of EUR 250,- for investigation costs. After the investigation a quotation will be send for actual repair costs.






    Note: Warranty will be determined after investigation. See §8 of our General conditions of Sale
