About Femke van der Schaaf – Metselaar
After starting at Hobré in 1999 as a Sales Assistant, Femke is now Teamleader service Coordination. When she first started here, she liked being part of a small team within a fun, nice and cozy environment. Nowadays, she is proud to be a member of Hobré because of our focus on innovation and solving the practical challenges our customers face every day.
‘I’ve seen Hobré transform from a family company into an international market leader. I like the challenge that comes with helping a technical business like Hobré stay at the top of its market’ says Femke.
Femke has played a vital role in Hobré’s growth and transformation. She was even responsible for implementing a new ERP system that has had a huge impact on work efficiency and enabled Hobré to standardize numerous processes and activities.
Femke describes the environment within Hobré as dynamic, multicultural and a place where everybody is a part of one connected team and each and every person adds real value to the business.
