ABOUT US

Hobré Instruments is an ever-growing company based in the Netherlands with its headquarters in Purmerend and offices in Texas, USA and Hungary. Since 1978 we are providing analyzer and sample solutions to almost every industry all over the world. You’ll find our systems in Petrochemical plants, food and pharma, energy plants and steel factories. Hobré is involved with its products every step of the way, putting the idea to paper, manufacturing, commissioning, maintenance and even training of local users on site. We take pride in our work and always strive to improve and innovate our wide range of products. Online analyzers, sampling probes, entire sampling systems and integrated systems, all of which are custom designed to fit the client’s needs.

ABOUT YOU

As one of our service engineers you’ll join a relatively small but highly skilled team of professionals that are always willing to teach and learn. Your work is split between internal works at the factory/office and external works on site. Internal works vary between remote technical support, performing repairs and testing our products before they leave the factory. While external works will require you to travel all over the world for commissioning, user training, trouble solving or preventative maintenance. Most of the times you’ll be traveling by yourself it is therefore essential to have a strong independent mindset and a wide variety of technical and communicative skills to fall back on. You’ll work with a lot of different people and a lot of different cultures. You will be challenged and thrown into stressful situations; you’ll need to keep a cool head. You’ll have the opportunity to work on many different types of systems in many different industries. All and all a very challenging job with a lot of variety and room to grow.

Never a dull day at Hobré!
